Invocation of the 25th Amendment would not itself remove Biden as a candidate; as best, it might crush him and Jill sufficiently that Joe would withdraw. But they might choose to power-through such invocation, or at least not to clear a path for their betrayers.
An engineered medical event remains the best option for the people who put Biden in the Oval Office. That neither the mainstream of the media nor the right-wing alternative media treat a medical collapse as even thinkable makes such an event still more likely.
As to the sex of Michelle Obama, the theory that she were born a man implies a fragile, expensive conspiracy that would have been expected at its outset to offer little-if-any benefit. Barack Hussein Obama is a stuffed shirt who could be blackmailed, not a Wunderkind. Stuffed shirts abounded; stuffed shirts who can be blackmailed abound.
